Universal Protein Binding Microarray (PBM) Analysis Suite
Online manual, source code and executables
This webpage accompanies the paper by Berger and Bulyk, 2009; full citation below. However, this download contains the new array format 8x60K to accompany the original formats (4x44K and 8x15K).
The Universal Protein Binding Microarray (PBM) Analysis Suite provides the in-house tools and the procedural methods used in the analysis of universal protein binding microarrays (PBMs) synthesized by Agilent Techonologies (see Berger et al., 2006).

Documentation
This document acts as a tutorial for the analysis of universal PBMs and as a guide to the software and in-house scripts involved in procedures such as image analysis, signal normalization, and sequence analysis (includes motif finding).

PBM Analysis Suite
A zip file containing the components of the PBM Analysis Suite with updates to include newer array format designs. Please note that the scripts included in this distribution, which are written in the Perl programming language (.pl file extension), require a Perl interpreter to run. For more information about Perl or for instructions for installing Perl, please visit perl.org.
